Let’s Discuss Performance
It all starts with a meeting.
Once you reach out and give us some information about what you’re looking for in terms of website performance, we’ll set a time for a remote meeting (via Zoom or a good old-fashioned phone call). Initial meetings typically last from thirty to sixty minutes.
During our conversation, we’ll discuss everything you envision for your website’s performance — from your project’s size and range, key deliverables, to your time frame and budget.
A thorough understanding of your needs and your business’s essence will guide us to step two.
Step Two
Proposal, Strategy, & Launch
Once we’ve learned more about you, your business, and your performance goals for your WordPress website, we’ll draft a complete website optimization proposal for your review.
Our proposals encompass everything you need to make an informed decision about partnering with us. They include a rundown of your website’s key performance improvements, a comprehensive breakdown of all tasks, costs, and an outline of our methods, our terms, and any other essential logistical info.
Nothing is carved in stone — we can modify a proposal until it perfectly matches your needs. And there’s no pressure. Even if you decide not to work with us, we hope our meeting, discovery, and proposal drafting process supports you towards your ultimate aim.
If you decide that our proposal aligns with your needs and you wish to proceed with us, the next step is to dive into your project and kickstart the strategy and optimization phase.
Step Three
Optimize, Test, & Perfect
All our optimization efforts are performed on a duplicate of your live site. This duplicate can be accessed online soon after the project officially begins, although there might not be much to see initially while we handle the optimization tasks behind the scenes.
Your existing website remains untouched. It will continue to function as usual while your optimized site is refined in parallel.
Your optimized site is only finished when you’re 100% satisfied. It’s our job to optimize your site and polish it to perfection based on your feedback and guidance.
Once your optimized site is ready, we’ll make the necessary switches behind the scenes, and it will replace your old site on your live domain. Congratulations, you now have a blazingly fast website! But our work doesn’t stop here.
Step Four
Launch, Monitor & Maintain
A finished website isn’t a static entity. It evolves as your company grows and changes, and as your goals for your web presence evolve.
