Fastener Warehouse keeps a Regina warehouse on Kearns Crescent. Cypress Sales Partnership is on Henderson Drive, Stevenson Industrial Refrigeration on Hodsman Road, and Legal Aid Saskatchewan runs two Regina offices — Smith Street and College Avenue. Vern’s Pizza is on Rochdale, where it goes by The Tap. Not one of them hired us from Regina. They hired us from Saskatoon, and then their branches here went up on the sites we’d built. That’s the honest version, and it’s the one we’d rather tell.

Here’s the part people ask about first, so let’s do it first.
Almost none of a website build needs anybody in the room. The kickoff is a call. The content lives in a shared document you can open from your phone. The build itself happens on a dev site — a private space on the web where the new website comes to life — and you get the link on day one, so you can watch the thing take shape from wherever you are. We talk when there’s something to talk about. When it’s finished, we flip a switch at the domain and the new site is live.
What actually changes at two and a half hours is the stuff nobody puts on a website: photography, a walkthrough of a shop floor, a morning of sitting with the person who’ll be updating the site afterward. Those we drive for. Highway 11 is four lanes almost the whole way.
And then the part that never ends. After launch we do the hosting, updates, upkeep, backups, security, and support — six things, one bill, no surprises. Distance has never once been the reason a site went down, and it isn’t the reason yours would.
When you should hire somebody in Regina instead
If you need a person who can be in your building on short notice and keep being in your building — monthly photography, training a front desk that turns over, sitting in on the meetings — hire local. We’d tell you that on the phone before you asked. It isn’t false modesty; it’s that we’d be the wrong tool and you’d figure it out in month four.
What we’re built for is the other case, which is most cases. You want it done properly once. You want it looked after for years without thinking about it. You’d rather email one person than manage an agency, and you’d rather that person answered. That works exactly the same from 259 kilometres away as it does from across town — and it’s what we’ve been doing for 14 years.

Cypress Sales Partnership is Saskatchewan’s largest HVAC manufacturers’ representative. Stevenson Industrial Refrigeration has been doing industrial refrigeration for thirty-plus years. Four reasons a Regina business picks up the phone
Almost nobody calls a web designer because they're delighted. Here's what it usually is, in rough order of how often we hear it.

It's slow and you can tell
You’ve opened it on your own phone in a parking lot and thought, that’s not great. So did the person who closed the tab. We host what we build and tune it on our own stack, not with a plugin bolted on afterward.

Changing the hours shouldn’t take a ticket, a quote and a week. When a site gets that wrong it stops getting updated at all, and a year later it’s wrong about everything.

A template is fine right up until somebody has seen it twice. We draw every site from scratch, which takes longer and is the entire point.

So where are you, actually?
Saskatoon. Two and a half hours up Highway 11, 259 kilometres door to door. We’ve never had an office here and we’re not going to invent one — but we’ve had Regina work on our servers for years, and the distance has never been the thing that caused a problem.
Have you built anything in Regina?
Five sites are running at Regina addresses right now: Fastener Warehouse on Kearns Crescent, Cypress Sales on Henderson, Stevenson Industrial on Hodsman, Legal Aid Saskatchewan’s two offices, and Vern’s on Rochdale. Every one of them hired us from somewhere else and brought Regina with them. You can look all five up in the portfolio.
What does a website cost?
More than the cheapest quote you’ll get and less than an agency’s. We don’t publish figures because the honest answer depends on what the site has to do, and a number without that context is a number designed to win a click. What we will say up front: we price to build it once, correctly, so there’s no round two — and you’ll have the real figure in a written proposal before you commit to anything.
Can you take over the site we already have?
Maybe — we’d want to look at it first. Sometimes what’s there is sound and the right move is to take over the account, migrate it onto our servers and manage it from there. Sometimes it’s overdue for a rebuild and telling you otherwise would just be selling you a year of patching. We’ll tell you which one it is, and we’ll tell you for free.
How long does it take?
A typical build runs about three months from deposit to launch, and the biggest variable isn’t us — it’s how fast the written content comes together. The first few weeks are the quiet ones. After that you’ll have a link to the site as it’s being built, and you can watch it come together whenever you want.
What happens after it launches?
We keep it. Hosting, updates, upkeep, backups, security, and support — that’s Enhanced Ongoing Services, and it’s how every site we build is looked after. It backs itself up daily to three separate places, and if something needs attention we generally know before you do.
Can we update it ourselves?
Yes, and most clients do. You get a backend built around your actual content — your services, your people, your hours — so changing something is filling in the thing you want changed. The layout isn’t yours to break. Legal Aid Saskatchewan runs their whole site that way.
