AI Training for Business Leaders

Your staff are already using AI. Are you?

In most businesses right now, the people experimenting with AI tools are the junior ones, and the people making decisions about AI are the ones who’ve never opened the tools at all. That gap is where bad purchases and worse policies come from. This is hands-on training for owners and leaders — plain language, your actual documents and workflows, no code, no futurist slideware — run by a shop that uses these tools every working day and will show you exactly how.

The session

What a session looks like

  • 01 — Where we’re coming from

Some credentials, in the interest of honesty. We use AI daily in our own work — and we say so to clients, on the record, on consult calls. Bryn’s version, delivered to a physician who asked: the current tools have gotten startlingly good at real parts of this craft, anybody in our line of work who isn’t using them is going to get left behind, and they are still not perfect — so everything they touch gets checked by a human before it ships, and the client checks it again. That’s the whole posture: use it openly, verify everything, promise nothing it can’t do. It’s also the posture we teach.

  • 02 — What a session actually is

You bring real work — an actual email thread, an actual quote, an actual document your business produces every week — and we sit down with the tools together. No survey of forty apps, no vocabulary quiz. You watch what the current tools do with your material, you drive, and you find out within an hour where the “startlingly good” starts and stops for your specific business. Leaders leave having done the thing, which beats having heard about the thing by a wide margin.

  • 03 — What you leave with

Judgment, mostly — the thing no vendor pitch supplies. What these tools are reliably good at, where they fail confidently and convincingly (the dangerous kind of failure), what your staff should be allowed to do with them, and what should never be pasted into them in the first place. You’ll also leave with the questions to ask the next salesperson who says “AI-powered” to you, which pays for the session by itself.

The other ending

When the answer is a rebuild, this is the shop

Not every engagement ends in one. When it does, the work lands here — browse it before you decide who to call.

Let’s talk
What you get

The session, then the summary

The engagement is the session itself, working on your material, plus a short written summary afterward: what was covered, what the tools handled well and badly on your work, and the ground rules you settled on for your team.

Full disclosure

Nobody knows where this lands. Including us.

The tools change monthly. The confident predictions — utopian and doomy alike — are entertainment. Anyone selling you certainty about AI is selling you certainty, which is the one thing this field verifiably does not have in stock. So this training makes exactly one promise: you’ll leave knowing what the current tools actually do and don’t do for your business, because you’ll have used them on your own work, with someone who uses them for a living sitting next to you. What you decide to build on that is a leadership call — yours.

That’s also why there’s no client list on this page yet, and no miracle statistics. This offering is newer than our website work, and we’d rather show you a thin page than a padded one.

What follows

Where training tends to lead

Training tends to end with a list of workflows somebody in the room wants automated. When that happens, the follow-on is an AI Automation Strategy engagement — the looking-before-buying version of that conversation. The rest of the shop designs, builds, and maintains websites, same as it has since 2012, and the full consulting catalogue is under Digital Strategy.

The whole ask

Bring your real work

Tell us who’d be in the room and what your business does, and mention one document or process you’d want to see the tools handle. We’ll tell you honestly whether a session would be worth your while — for some businesses, right now, it isn’t, and we’ll say so.
