Reekie Development Consulting works on the paperwork side of infrastructure — permits, approvals, project files, the records that have to exist before a shovel moves and the ones that have to survive after it. It is unglamorous, specific work, and it was bought in two stages: a first site to establish the firm, then a second phase adding the depth once there was something to be deep about.
Both stages are live. Six services each have a page — project planning, file and system organization, project archives, permits and regulations, client reporting, and a service aimed squarely at small consulting firms and sole practitioners. Six sectors sit alongside them, from municipalities and Crown corporations to Indigenous community development and land developers. Five projects each get a page carrying real structure rather than a paragraph: the sector, the jurisdictions, the acreage, the project type, and links back to the services the job actually used.
