SEO Audits & Implementation Plans
You’ve been quoted a monthly SEO retainer. For doing what, exactly?
Maybe the quote was three or four thousand a month, and the deliverables were vague. Maybe you’re already paying someone, and the reports arrive full of charts you can’t connect to your phone ringing. An SEO Audit is the antidote to taking anyone’s word for it — ours included. We read your website the way the search engine reads it, put the findings in writing, and hand you an itemized plan where every line says what it is, why it matters, and what it should cost. You can act on it with us, with your own people, or with somebody else entirely.
What the audit reads
- 01 — What your own data already says
We start with evidence you already own: your Search Console history. It records what you rank for, what people searched before they found you, and — most usefully — where you show up in results and never get the click. That last category is the audit’s favourite place to dig, because it’s the difference between “invisible” and “visible but unconvincing,” and the fixes for those two problems are completely different.
- 02 — What the search engine can see
Then the technical read: whether every page can be found and understood, whether titles say what pages are about, whether the site is fast and behaves on a phone. None of this is glamorous. A surprising amount of it is broken on websites that look perfectly fine to the humans using them, because nobody has looked at the machine-facing side since launch.
- 03 — Whether your structure matches how people search
This is the one most audits skip. Each thing you do that makes you money should have its own page — because people don’t search for your company, they search for the problem they have, and they land on the page that answers it, not on your homepage. The audit maps everything you sell against everything your site has a page for. The gap between those two lists is usually the single biggest finding in the whole document.
- 04 — The content itself
Finally, the words. Is there enough well-written material about the things you actually sell? Thin pages don’t rank, and pages stuffed with keywords read as stuffed — to Google and to the human who just landed there. Where content is missing, the plan names the pages to write and what each one needs to cover. Where it’s weak, the plan says so plainly.

When the answer is a rebuild, this is the shop
Not every engagement ends in one. When it does, the work lands here — browse it before you decide who to call.
Itemized, ordered, portable
The audit lands as a written, itemized plan, in order: what to fix first, what to build next, what can wait. Every item carries a plain-language explanation and an honest effort estimate — and the plan is deliberately not a hostage document. It’s written so your own team, or any provider you choose, can execute it. If you want us to do the work, we’ll quote it the way we quote everything — itemized, priced, and adjustable before anything starts.
One expectation we’ll set here, because it’s true: search positions move on a timeline of months, not weeks. A plan that promises otherwise is describing a different industry.
Google doesn’t tell anyone the rules
That’s the uncomfortable truth under this entire industry. Google publishes hints, the results speak in patterns, and everyone doing this work — us included — is making educated guesses, reading constantly, and adjusting when the ground shifts. The honest practitioners say this out loud. So: we will not promise you a ranking, because nobody can honestly promise you a ranking. What we’ll do instead is show the work — findings you can verify on your own screen, a plan where every line has a reason attached, and numbers pulled from your own data rather than from a pitch deck.
And yes, we sell the implementation too. That’s exactly why the plan is itemized and portable — so choosing us stays a choice.
A look first, then the decision
Renew Medispa started exactly this way: a look at where the clinic actually showed up in search — and where it didn’t — before any decisions got made. The building came later, informed by what the look found.
Two situations, two routes
If the plan says the site’s bones are the problem, the fixes run through design and development work. If it says the site is sound and the work is ongoing — content, upkeep, the slow accumulation that search rewards — that’s what our SEO service does month over month, and the audit doubles as its first working document. Either way you’ll know which situation you’re in before you’ve committed to anything.
Audits are one door on the consulting side; the others are under Digital Strategy.
Get a second opinion in writing
Send us your website’s address and, if you have one, the SEO pitch or report you’re trying to evaluate. We’ll take a preliminary look at your search picture and tell you whether a full audit would tell you anything you don’t already know. Sometimes it wouldn’t — and that’s a free answer.
