Seguin Sports Management is the home of two Saskatoon clubs that share almost nothing but a management company — the Saskatoon Fencing Club and Hub City Boxing Club. Different members, different reasons for walking in the door. What they do have in common is the administrative half: memberships to sell, recurring payments to collect, and people who need to pause and restart a subscription without an email exchange every time.
That’s what got built. Membership options laid out so a prospective member can compare them without phoning, sign-up handled online end to end, and recurring billing running through Stripe. Members get their own account area where they pause, resume and manage the subscription themselves, which is the piece that quietly takes the most work off an owner’s desk. And the project wasn’t one website — there were three, each needing to take payment, with one booking system wired to work from all of them rather than rebuilt three times over.
