Becker Design is twenty minutes down Highway 11, in Saskatoon. That’s closer than some parts of Saskatoon are to each other. We’ve never built a website for a Warman business — say so and you’d be the first — but half our clients are within an hour of your driveway, and the drive has never been the interesting part of the job.

Most of this page is about distance, and Warman doesn’t really have any. You could drop off a hard drive on your way to Costco.
That matters less than you’d think, because almost none of a website build needs anybody in the room. The kickoff is a call. The content lives in a shared document. The build happens on a dev site — a private space on the web where the new website comes to life — and you get the link on day one. But when a build does want a person on site, for photography or a shop-floor walkthrough or an afternoon training whoever’s going to be updating the thing, Warman is a twenty-minute problem, and twenty-minute problems don’t get scheduled around.
After launch it’s the hosting, updates, upkeep, backups, security, and support — six things, one bill, no surprises. That part works the same whether you’re twenty minutes away or two thousand kilometres.
We have no Warman clients yet, and we’re not going to pretend otherwise
Every other page on this site leads with the work. This one can’t, because there isn’t any — not in Warman specifically. What we have instead is hundreds of builds for service businesses across Saskatchewan, a lot of them for companies whose owners live out here and commute in.
So here’s the honest pitch. We’re not going to tell you we understand the Warman market, because a web designer claiming to understand your market before you’ve met is the oldest tell in the business. What we’d do is ask what you sell and who buys it, and then build the thing properly once. That works the same in Warman as it does anywhere, and it’s twenty minutes from our desk if it ever needs to be.

Warman is trades, services and a lot of people who work in Saskatoon and would rather not. That’s a shorter list than most of our city pages carry, because we’d rather show four we can speak to than fifteen we can’t.

How far away are you, exactly?
Twenty minutes. We’re in Saskatoon, straight down Highway 11 — 24 kilometres, and most of that is the speed limit. If a project ever needs somebody standing in your building, that’s not a logistics conversation, it’s a morning.
Have you built anything in Warman?
Not yet. You’d be the first, and we’d rather say that than stretch a Saskatoon client into a Warman claim. What we can show you is everything else we’ve built — a lot of it for businesses whose owners live out this way.
What does a website cost?
More than the cheapest quote you’ll get and less than an agency’s. We don’t publish figures because the honest answer depends on what the site has to do. You’ll have a real number in a written proposal before you commit to anything, and nothing in it is set in stone.
Can you take over the site we already have?
Maybe — we’d want to look at it first. Sometimes it’s sound and the right move is to take over the account and manage it from here. Sometimes it’s overdue for a rebuild, and saying otherwise would just be selling you a year of patching. We’ll tell you which, for free.
